- Unlimited repairs for life of contract
- Most contracts offered in 1, 2, or 3-year terms
- No RMA numbers necessaryjust send your equipment to one of our convenient repair centers with a brief explanation of the problem. Note - you must reference your contract number on the box!
- Repairs are expedited within 24 to 48 hours
- All parts (excluding printheads) and labor are included with depot contracts
- Standard return freight (UPS Ground) included in contract pricing
- Semi-annual preventative maintenance contracts included
- One annual fee - no hidden charges
- Minimal upcharge for factory-installed options (cutters, external rewinders, etc.)
- Contracts including printheads also availablecall for details

We go on-location to repair equipment on site.

- Minimal upcharge for factory-installed options (cutters, external rewinders, etc.)
- Contracts including printheads also availablecall for details
Depot with Loaner Contracts
Receive a replacement printer to use while yours is being repaired!

- Free, equivalent loaner printer whenever printer needs repair
- Same day loaner shipping for requests placed by 4:00pm EST
- Loaner printers shipped UPS Red at no extra charge
- Return shipping of repaired printer included in cost (UPS Ground or equivalent)
- Available on select models of Cognitive printers
- All the benefits of standard Depot Contracts, plus:
- Valid credit card required for loaner security; no charges made unless loaner is not returned
